Transaction Coach Program -
Designed to support agents as they navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape. If you haven’t completed a transaction in the last 12 months, you’ll now be required to work with a Transaction Coach on at least one upcoming deal.
Here’s how it works:
A Transaction Coach is an experienced agent who will guide you through the transaction process—helping with paperwork, marketing, transaction management, and more. With so many changes in our industry over the past year, this program is designed to help agents get back on track. The investment for working with a Transaction Coach is just 1% of the sale price.
Mentoring Program -
We’ve also enhanced our Mentoring Program for agents looking to grow their business. Learn strategic business development and lead generation strategies from an experienced agent.
Here’s how it works:
You’ll be able to work closely with a seasoned agent, shadow them, and learn the tips and tricks that create lasting success in real estate.
